Royal Garden (Phase I)
Located at high-end residential community, Minghang District, Shanghai, it consists of town-houses, multilayer houses and small high-rise houses. Based on "urban resort" concept, its layout has materialized the separation of people and traffic-inside is a garden specialized for pedestrians, while the traffics drive directly to the underground parking lot via the outer lanes. All the buildings are in picturesque disorder. The reflection pools and tree containers on the axles lead to the central park in this community.
The architectural style is modern and concise. The glass balconies, angle windows, stone forests and stone walls formed a concise and streamlined modern architecture.
The central club is located on both sides of the central park, consisting of two glass boxes resembling two glass sculptures.
Royal Garden (Phase II)
This project is composed of ten high residential buildings, adopting an "urban resort" concept as the building in phase I. Ten Y-shaped high buildings only take up 25% of the site, forming spacious community parks. Waterscape as the theme, rocks, creeks, waterfalls and bridges formed the main body of the park. Inside the community, it is a garden specialized for pedestrians, while the traffics drive directly to the underground parking lot via the outer lanes, a complete separation of people and traffic. The Y-shaped floor plan has broken through the stereotype of community layout, forming several semi-circulated courtyards and parks.
The architectural style is modern and concise. The glass, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and curtain walls have composed a concise and streamlined modern architecture.
